Terms of Service

Techbuildng sells ready-made website templates and setup services. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
All prices are fixed and shown in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payments are processed securely by KoraPay.
After purchase you receive the website files and setup support. You may use the website for your own business; reselling the template itself is not permitted.
You are responsible for how you use the website and for complying with Nigerian laws and regulations.

We collect only your name and email address at checkout to process your order and deliver your website.
Card and bank details are handled directly by KoraPay. We never see or store your card information.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to complete your payment or by law.

You may cancel and request a full refund before the website files or setup have been delivered.
Because our products are digital, once files are delivered or setup is completed, sales are final.
If a delivered website does not work as described, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it or issue a refund.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After successful payment you are redirected to our Telegram support chat with your order reference.
Setup and delivery are completed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
